After Numerous Faxes to David Vitter requesting a meeting and assistance for civil rights violations in Louisiana.
After Requesting to speak with David Vitter concerning Unconstitutional Sex Offender laws which are harming thousands of Men, Women and Children in Louisiana... I think it is time to bring to light Mr. David Vitter's past.
Piyush Jindal According to family lore, Jindal chose to re-name himself "Bobby" inspired by the sitcom character Bobby Brady after watching The Brady Bunch television series at age four. He has been known by his adopted nickname ever since—as a civil servant, politician, student, and writer—though legally his name remains Piyush Jindal
Jindal was born and raised a Hindu, but converted to Catholicism in high school.[5] As conveyed by Louisiana political writer John Maginnis, Jindal has also offered his religious testimony before Baptist and Pentecostal congregations.[6] He attended public school at Baton Rouge Magnet High School. Following high school, Jindal attended Brown University, graduating with honors in biology and public policy.[7] Although he had thought of a career in medicine or law and was accepted by Harvard Medical School[citation needed] and Yale Law School[citation needed], he chose to pursue a political career. He received a master's degree in political science from New College, Oxford, as a Rhodes Scholar.
After Oxford, he joined McKinsey & Company, a consulting firm, where he advised Fortune 500 companies.
In 1996 Jindal married Supriya Jolly (born 1972). The couple have three children: Selia Elizabeth, Shaan Robert, and Slade Ryan.
You would think, after all that college and book learnin' that Piyush would have learned how to read and interpret that little piece of paper called the Constitution? Ya-Think?
The laws which Citizens for Change, CFC America is working hard to get changed are laws which punish a person for a crimewhicht they committed 30 years ago, and have served all their time for. Now Louisiana lawmakers are adding tons of new punishments to these persons who have already served their time. You would think if a person served their time 20 or 30 years ago, that nobody would start punishing them again for the same crime? Right?
Where is the forgiveness for the common citizen? Must you be rich, connected to receive forgiveness in Louisiana? It would surely seem so.
In Senator David Vitter's Videos... National Television.. he expressed that he had sinned, and that God and his Wife had forgiven him...
So too, Governor Piyush Jindal has apparently forgiven his friend, collegue... as Mr. Jindal calls Sex Offenders Monsters...
Does that mean he is out politicking with a Monster?
What exactly does this photo mean... just this past week, February 2008?
This Guy's Dad, is the Dad who got Jessica's Law put into place!
Jessica's Law is the informal name given to a 2005Florida law, as well as laws in several other states, designed to punish sex offenders and reduce their ability to re-offend. A version of Jessica's Law has been introduced on the federal level, known as the Jessica Lunsford Act.
The name is also used by the media to designate all legislation and potential legislation in other states modeled after the Florida law. Forty-two states have introduced such legislation since Florida's law was passed.[1]
The law is named after Jessica Lunsford, a young Florida girl who was raped and murdered in February 2005 by John Couey, a previously convicted sex offender. Public outrage over this case spurred Florida officials to introduce this legislation. Among the key provisions of the law are a mandatory minimum sentence of 25 years in prison[2] and lifetime electronic monitoring[3] of adults convicted of lewd or lascivious acts against a victim less than 12 years old. In Florida, sexual battery or rape of a child less than twelve years old is punishable only by life imprisonment with no chance of parole.[4]
But look what Being Connected to the Famous will get your son in America...
Mark Lunsfords son will spend the next 10 days in jail, but will not be registered as a sex offender after being sentenced Monday for having unlawful sexual contact with a 14-year-old ... Watch the Video.
The question is NOT is is ok in some cases for an 18 year old to have sex with a 14 year old. The Question is Why, Mark Lunsford, who went all over the nation speaking out about Sex Offender laws.. getting tough laws put into place, can get his son off on this charge of Child Molestation, when HE is the one who helped put these laws into place.
Again, the connected go free, and the rest go to prison and on the Sex Offender Registry to be shamed and punished for life. I would love to hear your thoughts on this video.
In another case, a 17 year old boy had sex with a 13 year old girl He has Lifetime Registration as a Child Predator... even though the girl Lied and said she was 16! OMG!
Americans are just beginning to learn about a massive and unjust assault taking place today on a whole class of people - a couple of million at least. These are those called ¨sex offenders,¨ and their families. Together, they share public humiliation akin to the Salem pillory of centuries ago, as well as severe restrictions on movement, residence and everyday life. Virtually unnoticed, an additional group of people - numbering also in hundreds, more likely in the thousands - are those who found the repression too great, contemplated suicide, and chose instead, exile.
People who are merely accused of sex offenses in the United States today, however fairly or unfairly grounded, and however great or small the alleged offense, are at once part of a new outcast group. Once convicted, they are treated far worse than murderers and other violent criminals in more humane societies like Canada. And once they serve draconian sentences, the persecution goes on - in some states and for many offenders, for the rest of their lives.
Not welcome in parks or campsites, or in libraries or swimming pools, they must stay away from schools and scouting and other youth events, even when their own children are involved. In some states, they may not use computers, nor can their family members. In some states, they may not attend church events where youth are present. They must live within narrowly defined enclaves, sometimes only in motels on the outskirts of towns, or under bridges and underpasses, as in the infamous Miami case. Gone is any sense of ¨having served their time.¨ ¨Time¨ for ¨sex offenders¨ goes on and on, often for life. Gone are all notions of reintegration into society or rehabilitation. The watchword for this class of pariahs is isolation and segregation. No matter that most of these offenders, as virtually every study has shown, do not re-offend, even after decades. No matter that their original ¨crime¨ was often no more serious than viewing pornography, making sexual motions in a public bathroom, or even teens having consensual sex with other teens. This is not always the case, to be sure, among ¨sex offenders.¨ Studies show that about 5% of those convicted of sex offenses included violence or sex in their actions, and possibly 10% involved children under the age of puberty. But even these men, under America´s long tradition of justice, were once assumed worthy of an attempt at rehabilitation, worthy of a second chance after punishment. This the kind of legislation Louisiana Governor Bobby Jindal endorses, when he is not out traveling across the country politicking to to boost his political profile... notice, everywhere he goes, in every speech... I am going to punish sex offenders to the fullest extent of MY laws! Bobby Jindal, David Vitter and Mark Foley... what a team!
Show how current and pending legislation is harming thousands of families, children, men and women all across Louisiana.
Show how our politicians and legislators are NOT protecting the children of Louisiana.
Show how Louisiana Governor Bobby Jindal is Violating his Oath of Office every day he enforces the Unconstitutional aspects of the Sex Offender laws and Registry.
Supply a stopping ground for those who wish to now what is going on in relation to Sex Offender Legislation in the state of Louisiana.
Expose the persecution of innocent men, women and children in Louisiana by the Legislator, Politicians and Law Enforcement who either write the laws, enact the laws or support the laws which are unconstitutional and in violation of all residents of the state of Louisiana's constitutional rights.
Expose the true motives of these lawmakers who introduce and support illegal legislation in that their desire is NOT to protect children or families, but rather to gain power and money via politicking for votes.
Expose the true monetary costs to the taxpayers of the the state of Louisiana for programs and laws which these Eager to Gain Media Attention and Votes politicians so vehemently create and promote.
Louisiana Governor Bobby Jindal May Want to Send These People to Angola Prison?
The man, fell in love with the woman. He was 18, she was 14, 70 years ago. They have been happily married ever since but that all may change if the United States Federal Government gets to have their way with them.
Due to legislation developed by Mark Foley, known pedophile government official from Florida and and implemented by President George Bush, the new laws state that anyone who engages in any type of sex with a a person of age 14 is guilty of Sexual Molestation of a Child. These people may fall prey, as so many other ruined lives in America, to the Adam Walsh Act. Tha means the man could face LIFETIME REGISTRATION AS A SEXUAL PREDATOR, CHILD MOLESTER.
This happy couple may soon find theirselves in prison due to the Federal Adam Walsh Act. America is Tough on Crime and lawmakers want to Protect the Children. Governor Bobby Jindal of Louisiana wants send those who "Prey" on children to Angola Prison.
If the government starts looking into all the marriages across the country, millions could be facing prison and sex offender status. Countless families were married just like this couple through the years. Many went to Georgia where a girl of 14 can could marry anyone as long as her parents gave consent. Thousands and Thousands did just that. Now they could face lifetime registration as Sexual Predators and Prison!
Love turns to tradgedy in America.
More to come on this story as it breaks.
In a realted Story,
(Someof the details have been left out as the couple do not want to face going to prison for falling in love at a young age.) In America, that is a crime. Those who do so face lifetime registration as Child Predators. This man would not be allowed to be around any of his grand children as a Sex Offender.
After 50-plus years, John and Betty can sit on their back porch for hours and never run out of things to talk about. "To me, she's still 13 years old. She was a cutie. Still is," he says of his sweetheart. "She's my best friend and always has been. We're one."
John and Betty's families were very close, they both remember the day they started talking. He remembers walking Betty and her best friend (who was John's neighbour) to the junior high in 1949. But a bashful John also knew that Betty was popular and always had a boyfriend. A year later, John and Betty saw each other again when students headed to the gym after a football game. They've been together ever since.

The United States has a large number of wrongfully convicted. There are many reasons for this. One is that the US has the largest percentage of its citizens imprisoned of all countries in the world, including China. One of every 32 US adults is behind bars, on probation or on parole. Given a wrongful conviction rate, the larger the percentage of citizens in jails, the greater the number of wrongfully convicted.
According to the International Center for Prison Studies at King's College in London, the US has 700,000 more of its citizens incarcerated than China, a country with a population four to five times larger than that of the US, and 1,330,000 more people in prison than crime-ridden Russia. The US has 5% of the world's population and 25% of the world's prisoners. The American incarceration rate is seven times higher than that of European countries. Either America is the land of criminals, or something is seriously wrong with the criminal justice (sic) system in "the land of the free."
In the US the wrongful conviction rate is extremely high. One reason is that hardly any of the convicted have had a jury trial. No peers have heard the evidence against them and found them guilty. In the US criminal justice (sic) system, more than 95% of all felony cases are settled with a plea bargain.
Before jumping to the conclusion that an innocent person would not admit guilt, be aware of how the process works. Any defendant who stands trial faces more severe penalties if found guilty than if he agrees to a plea bargain. Prosecutors don't like trials because they are time consuming and a lot of work. To discourage trials, prosecutors offer defendants reduced charges and lighter sentences than would result from a jury conviction. In the event a defendant insists upon his innocence, prosecutors pile on charges until the defendant's lawyer and family convince the defendant that a jury is likely to give the prosecutor a conviction on at least one of the many charges and that the penalty will be greater than a negotiated plea.
Upper Moreland commissioners are debating the merits of sex offender residency restrictions as a rising number of surrounding municipalities introduce their own.
The township’s public health and safety committee reviewed maps Monday night that showed which areas in Upper Moreland would be affected if sex offenders were banned from living within a 750-, 1,500- and 2,000-square-foot radius of places children gather.
Nearby municipalities that have already introduced such restrictions include Hatboro, Horsham, Warrington, Doylestown Township, Quakertown and Dublin.
The Delaware Valley Insurance Trust, which insures Upper Moreland, has advised against sex offender residency restrictions.
ATLANTA (AP) - Georgia's top court dealt another blow to Georgia's tough sex offender law Tuesday, declaring a provision that requires an automatic life prison sentence for sex offenders who repeatedly fail to register as "cruel and unusual punishment."
Article I, Section 9, that "no state shall pass any bill of attainder or ex post facto law."
In the Oxford Companion to the Supreme Court, Harvard's Professor Laurence H. Tribe has defined a bill of attainder as a legislative act "that inflicts punishment without a trial."
The late Edgar Bodenheimer, professor emeritus at the University of California, identified an ex post facto law as a statute "that prescribes a greater punishment for a crime already committed."
No Bill of Attainder or ex post facto Law shall be passed.
But our Government Officials think they can circumvent the very constitution and pass laws which are in direct violation of the constitution.
If you had completed your sentence prior to any registration requirements being in place in your state, it is a violation of your civil rights to force you under threat of incarceration and fines, to register as a sex offender. You have rights and protections under the Constitution of the United States of America.
All government officials take an oath of office,
The oath in Louisiana states thus...
The Louisiana Constitution says this: Sec. 30. Every official shall take the following oath or affirmation:
"I do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will support the constitution of the United States and the constitution and laws of this state and that I will faithfully and impartially discharge and perform all the duties incumbent upon me as..., according to the best of my ability and understanding, so help me God."
Bobby Jindal Took That Oath! When will he adhere to the oath and strike down the Retroactive Application of the Sex Offender Registration Laws in Louisiana?
